How do I get my tracks? Our system automatically redirects you to the download area once payment is confirmed. Click on the download arrow icon to download each track. You can access your tracks from ' My Account ', 'View Orders' for a limited time after purchase. You will also receive email containing links for you to click for each song you have purchased if it's more convenient for you to download later. If you successfully downloaded via your order in My Account, you can ignore the email. Important: if you cannot find the download emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have any problems at all, please contact us, and we'll try our best to help you. Please note: In the download email, there will also be a purchase code with each track. This code should be entered automatically by clicking the link, but in the rare event that this does not happen, simply copy the code and paste it into the box on the download screen. Then press Return to start the download. What do I do if I can't download my tracks? If you are unable to download your tracks, please contact us.
